L.A. County is in the midst of a homeless crisis, with 59,000 people living on the streets, and 1.5 million others who suffer from hunger. We use donations to feed people hot, nutritious meals on the Westside of L.A., often delivering them on foot, hitting up alleyways and bridge underpasses to ensure everyone is fed. People should never be reduced to the indignity of resorting to eating out of a dumpster. Everyone is Equal.
Homeless women often never have clean underwear, so we have created care packages which include underwear, tampons, feminine wipes, hand sanitizers, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairbrush, facial cleansers, face cream, socks, deodorant, and lip gloss. We also create them for men, children, and dogs, too. Your contributions help provide the basic hygiene necessities for those living on the streets that we take for granted, and show people the true mean of kindness by illustrating you care.
